Executive Bio
David L. Calhoun is Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously Calhoun was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations of Blackstone and a Member of Blackstone’s Management Committee. Mr. Calhoun joined Blackstone in January of 2014. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Calhoun served as Executive Chairman of the Board for Nielsen from January 2014 to January 2016. He joined Nielsen in 2006 as Chief Executive Officer shortly after it was acquired by a consortium of private equity investors including Blackstone. Before Nielsen, Mr. Calhoun served as Vice Chairman of The General Electric Company and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Infrastructure.
